March 24, 20169 yr Hi, I'm intermittently experiencing the issue described here http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/82834-start-of-verbal-dialog-is-sometimes-missing/?hl=voice except I am deep into the game, currently doing White March 2 content. I first noticed it during Zahua's dream sequence when all of Zahua's voiced dialogue (but not the other NPCs in that area) would have the beginning of the audio cut off. It fixed itself upon a restart but it still happens occasionally with random NPC and companions. Edited March 24, 20169 yr by nwillard
March 24, 20169 yr Yeah I wasn't too convinced by Aarik D's post that he properly grasped the problem. It's an intermittent issue that doesn't seem to be tied to any specific event. It can happen when dialog doesn't overlap with other dialog too. There's also this topic: http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/83031-audio-issue-character-voices-cut-off/ Edited March 24, 20169 yr by Nicholas Steel Windows 10 x64 | Intel i7 920 @ 2.66GHZ | Gigabyte Geforce 760 4GB OC1 Windforce x3 | Integrated Audio | 8GB DDR3 RAM | ASUS P6T | Corsair AX760 PSU
March 25, 20169 yr It's never going to get fixed. For whatever reason Aarik ignores bugs like this one.
