There's one in WM II. It has 2 eyes. Just follow the main quest.

If I remember correctly, the kraken doesn't provide any loot, instead its eyes appear automatically in your stash.

That depends, there's still plenty of tough enemies the enchantment could be useful against if you haven't done the bounties, Cragholdt, the dragon fights...
