On Pillars of Eternity Wiki it is stated:

  • If you have Adventurer/Mercenary/Raider origin, Kolsc will approach to you at the Black Hound Inn commenting on how you look like a reliable fighter.

I played the game many times but I can't find or trigger this particular interaction. Is it even in game? Maybe someone can clarify?

Didn't see it and I played both as mercenary and raider. I also meet Kolsc only on the road to the keep or outside in Gilded Vale. Never inside the inn.

Yea,me too. I wonder if it is a fake information or something that were present in more early versions of the game.

When your reputation with Gilded Vale gets high enough he'll automatically aproach you, he'll make a comment based on what quest you finished last. I got it for helping the pregnant woman, the one above is probably for finding the missing cook.

Nope,

I believe that happens if you don't have a positive reputation, dunno what other requirements are needed.

If your reputation is negative Kolsc will avoid meeting main character.
