After installing 3.0 patch.

 

Hiravias is moving super slowly, after spiritshifting as Stelgaer. His Stelgaer moving speed is something like 1/4 of normal speed.

I've been having this issue too. I keep checking for some effect on him, but there's none. He's just super duper slow.

 

Also, every once in a while after he changes back he's green.

I am having the same problem.  Shapeshift animation movement is about 25% speed.  Hiravas is wearing boots of speed; dunno if that is a factor.  Non shifted, he either moves incredibly slowly or teleports to the attacker, depending.

 

Frustrating bug, as slow movement eats a lot of his shape**** time, making him much less efficient as a combatant.

He has the boots of speed in my game, too. Maybe that's what's causing it? The bug is making the boots be boots of slow-as-molasses-in-January.

 

ETA: yep, took off the boots of speed and it fixed the problem.

Thanks for pointing this out to us! I have written up a bug report saying that Boots of Speed causes druids to move extremely slow while equipped with Boots of Speed.
