[WM1] NameError is a klutz (scripted interaction in Flames-That-Whisper cave)

Steps to reproduce:

Approach Ice Chute
Investigate area
Secure Rope and Grappling Hook
Begin descent
Swing for the ledge
Miss
Opt to continue down

No one had any injuries when we landed so I couldn't use the process of elimination to figure out who it was.
