[WM1] *NameError* is a klutz (scripted interaction in Flames-That-Whisper cave)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Approach Ice Chute
2. Investigate area
3. Secure Rope and Grappling Hook
4. Begin descent
5. Swing for the ledge
6. Miss
7. Opt to continue down

No one had any injuries when we landed so I couldn't use the process of elimination to figure out who it was.
