[WM1] New 4th level Invocation missing FOE Jump Targets effect

So Singt thy Biting Winds o' Eld Nary shows as Foe Target + 4 Foe Jump Targets (within 5 meters). It does the first part really well and the second part not at all

So Singt thy Biting Winds o'Eld Nary is sort of working. The invocation will bounce to additional targets, but we have a bug that if the invocation kills the target, the spell will not bounce to other targets.
