I have random game crashes. It happens often without a reason. Starts after Caed Nua (or near that). After crash, i can load savegame and go farther. But this crashes very annoying. Reinstall game not help.

Welcome to the forums and I apologize for the inconveniences. It appears you are missing some assets according to your output log. Just verify your game cache and that should fix your issue. In your Steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
