Observe she is a 1st-level Fighter wielding an estoc, whose base damage is 14-20; further observe that she has enough XP to level up to 3.
Level her up to 3, selecting Confident Aim as her 3rd-level Fighter ability.
Observe that her damage output is still 14-20 instead of 17-20 (Confident Aim should increase minimum damage by 20%, so 14*1.2=16.
I'm seem to remember that the damage boost from Confident Aim used to show in the character record screen in the past, but I'm not 100% on this. Regardless, I believe it should.
