[2.01] Duality of Mortal Presence retained on respec

When respecing Zahua, I noticed that even at level 1 he kept Duality of Mortal Presence, in effect, giving him a free ability. This happened regardless of whether he had the modal ability activated or not. I haven't tried it on player or adventurer monks.
