Armor Enchant/ respec bug

Hello!  I have found that after respeccing my monk, for whatever reason the armor enchantment damage reduction always ends up "suppressed", ending up with considerably less damage reduction than when I respecced.  Thanks!!

Okie doke, don't usually post here so not super up-to-date on the protocol, since the few bugs I come across are usually already reported. I havent seen anything on this issue, though.  One save file is before respec, one is after.  These files also have that Duality of Mortal Presence bug which was already reported.  thanks!
