The fighter talent rapid recovery simply seems to not work =/

Hello alexis13,

 

I would love to aid your in your issue, could you please give more detailed information about the problem you are having? How is the talent not working. Are you seeing healing ticks while in combat? Is the talent not applying the extra heal per tick? Please upload a save file and an output/player log so I can take a look at it.
