Does marking actually work?

The property that grants +10 Accuracy to an ally attacking the same target. How exactly does this work? I've never seen it apply a debuff, and I've never seen from the combat log any sort of accuracy bonus when attacking the same target, from testing on a pet.

 

Is this mechanic actually implemented?

I was wondering the same. Several weapons with marking; but none of them seems to actually do a thing.

your google fu needs improvement ..  It intermittently adds +10 accuracy to a SINGLE closest (distance wise)  allied unit ..
