April 25, 201510 yr So I've been looking into some less explored classes and thinking about trying an evil playthrough when stumbled upon Skaen Priest, which fits rather nicely RP-wise. Does anyone have any experience with this class? Dual-wielding stilettoes, sneak attack enablers from spells and all that... I did a playthrough with a melee Rogue, which seemed a bit boring, despite the triple-digits damage output. Skaen priests supposedly trade much of the damage and some of the survivability of Rogue for added utility and versatility. What do you think?
April 25, 201510 yr Yes, it's viable on Hard. You won't get nearly so much mileage out of attacking as a rogue would, but at the very least it'll give you something to do when you're not casting spells. If I'm typing in red, it means I'm being sarcastic. But not this time. Dark green, on the other hand, is for jokes and irony in general.
