[BUG] VALIANT ENCHAT do not trigger below 50% of Endurance.

So I ran few tests with my barbaian with two following weapon having Vliant Enchant: Valiant: +10 Accuracy and x1.2 Damage when below 50% Endurance

 

Weapons tested: Ritezzi's Thorn and Shame or Glory

 

My bard droped below 50% and it did not trigger. In Active Effects I had no "Valiant" triggered.

 

For example Blooded triggers just fine below 50% and I can see in Active Effects "Blooded", same is with other weapon enchants.

 

Can anyone test if it is only me or you have it too. It is easy to test.
