Luj1 232
Doing Priest spells like Concecrated circle I believe its called (periodically grants endurance) has no effect on downed characters Quote "There once was a loon that twitter Before he went down the ****ter In its demise he wasn't missed Because there were bugs to be fixed." ~ Kaine
Bayzent 42
Depends, if they have still Health (the bar beside the character portrait) then they do themselves, if they don't have health, well, that character is dead. Forever. Health is spent primarly recovering your endurance after fights, although I believe some enemy AoE spells can kill your unconscious characters. You restore health by resting. Luj1 232
I know that. They have a lot of Health , just 0 Endurance. And I meant in a fight Quote "There once was a loon that twitter Before he went down the ****ter In its demise he wasn't missed Because there were bugs to be fixed." ~ Kaine

Ekaros 38
There is mid to late game abilities at least from priest and chanter...
RedSocialKnight 219
As far as I can see, down is down until the end of combat -- with the exception of the "Second Wind" ability on the armor Eder comes with (which my PC snagged and has been wearing ever since). Rabain 260
You can get Scrolls of Revival that can be used by anyone with the Lore prerequisite. Always nice to have one for everyone so that no matter who goes down, someone else can get them back up. Can't remember offhand who has them but I know there are definitely vendors in Defiance Bay who sell them. Not sure if you can craft them.
Varana 636
There is sixth-level Priest spell that does this ("Revive the Fallen"). Simply restoring Endurance in the area doesn't help. Duncan 21
I think there is a fighter talent that will bring them back up, just check the pillars of eternity wiki for fighter talents. Besides the ones mentioned above. Tl;dr it usually comes mid-late game.
Andarvi72 0
You can craft Scrolls of Revival. Not that difficult to make either..
SeekDWay 49
Paladin characters can pick a talent that "revives" once per encounter. Chanters have a tier 3 chant that "revives" party members in an area. Quote Derpdragon of the Obsidian OrderDerpdragons everywhere. I like spears.
