April 1, 201510 yr I've completed all the Stronghold upgrades and yet there's no Steam achievement for that. And judging by global stats nobody has it yet, which means it's most probably bugged: http://steamcommunity.com/stats/291650/achievements

April 13, 201510 yr Hey guys, We're currently looking in on this. Can you grab your save file and output log and upload them? Thanks! This has happened to me now as well. As mentioned somewhere else this happened when auto resolving an attack on the keep. I would just like to suggest a solution that you guys most likely already have thought of. Parse the keep log and look for the upgrades. However, I noticed that in my save the first entry in that log is now Turn 26. Is the rest in the save file? I saw that this is not fixed in the upcoming 1.04 patch. I won't play the game until this is fixed.
