just found out that i had this item in my  stash.. but where the hell to use it, i dont know ?

I think that's found on Od Nua level 1. One of the Xaurips carries it.

Hmmm... went true lvl 1 again.... nothing apears to need this key :(

Just founs out that i had it when i looked at quest items...

If It's what I think it is, it opens the door to Maerwald's room.

So thats lvl 1 ?

That's Level 1 of the Endless Paths of Od Nua, the same level where you find the Spider Queen.  It's the door that's near the stairs up.
