Upgrades disappeared

I was playing last night and all my upgrades were there and fine. I always do 3 separate save games (flashbacks of NWN crashing still haunts me). Loaded my game today and my Main Keep upgrade is gone and my Forum upgrade is gone all the other ones that require the Main Keep are still there. I checked my journal and it shows them successfully built days ago. Tried loading the other two saves and they are gone from those too. Now I have to repurchase them

Upgrades can be destroyed during enemy attacks if you don't deal with them personally. You need to rebuild them.

Check your keep status windows periodically just in case you missed a warning.

I had the same bug for a very short time. Opening and reopening the Stronghold screen fixed it for me. I think it happed as a switched with ALT+TAB in the Stronghold window Upgrades.

That fix didn't work for me, sadly.  Same problem, disappearing main keep and barracks

I just had it happen again, but with the Main Keep and the walls now *sigh*

Similar problem. Auto-resolved a battle. No Message about result (as opposed to previously autoresolving one and finding that I'd lost some money) so I figured it was fine. Went off and infiltrated reardric's while building the dungeons. When  I finished reardric's, I went and looked at my upgrades to see when the dungeons would finished, and the Barracks was GONE!

 

Lesson learned: make real (not quick) saves constantly.

JB looks at log - thanks, that's the cause - a pop-up or something would have helped.
