I have Hiravias with 14 lvl 1 Druid spells/rest, and Pallegina with abnormally high base DRs.

And I have files(save and output_log) and screens to attach, although I can't figure out how to attach files here.

I believe the issue is caused by dismissing and recruiting, somehow bonuses from talents and/or gear get reapplied and stacked. Pallegina has a special armor, and Hiravias has a bonus level 1 spell talent, that might explain this.

I noticed my Pallegina has base DR -2 and I wasn't sure if it was intended (this makes me think it is a bug), might be connected to this issue http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/73188-amulet-of-health-permanently-raising-endurance/

 

Same here, but that's different from the other duplicating abilities and stats because there seems to be no equipment that causes -2 DR? Maybe this should be submitted as a separate issue, but there seems to be some kind of DR-related ability behind the scenes with Pallegina.

Also after reading through the submitted bugs I found out that my Grieving mother has 16 int in one save (probably the one I am reloading to due to a bugged quest) and 24 in another, not that it matters much, since ciphers (and one or two priest spells) don't get bonus AoE unless you open the spell description after every save and load, which I always forget to do.

I have a number companions with abnormal DRs now. I also saw Pallegina having a DR of -2 when I went back to an earlier save but I'm not sure that one is related to recruiting/dismissing because in that save I hadn't dismissed her. On the other hand I did have to dismiss someone to let her in, so maybe that still counts.

 

No screenshot to hand but now her DR is even weirder. As well as having a base DR above 0, armour seems to increase it by more than the value listed on the armour. It doubles when you use the one she starts with! It's pretty benign as bugs go but it does make things less fun.

Wouldn't be an Obsidian game without these kinds of bugs!

 

This seems to spread out throughout all stats, I hope when the patch comes the changes will be retroactive but it seems it would quite hard to do that. I'm playing PotD and having Kana have like 6 more int than he's supposed to, Eder having like 20-30 more deflection than was intended and my monk having like 500 more HP feels like cheating.

 

edit: I'd like to point out that the bugged stats seem to always be related to what have you equipped. So kana gets additional int because he has a hat of +1.

Here's the tricky part, why does my monk keep getting HP if he has no items that give +HP?

Ok I think I've figured out how to reproduce the DR issue (and possibly the missing inventory one, which may have already been figured out elsewhere?), here are the steps I took to activate the bug.

 

1. Go to Brighthollow 2nd floor and dismiss everyone.

2. Quicksave and quickload.

3. Recruit everyone back again.

 

Looking at their inventory afterwards it seemed that everything not equipped was gone and if their armour had a fine bonus that would become part of their base DR.

Fun fact! You can use this to "fix" Pallegina's negative DR I believe. Just do those steps only with her in her base armour and it should go back to 0. Haven't tested it yet though.
