so every one in defiance bay seems to have these awesome pimpin hats and i need one . can any one tell me were i can find one

i think its called the duelest hat

I think I've seen a few drop of mobs before I even got to Defiance Bay, not sure where though.

The duelist hat was one of the first things I looted in the game, I think it dropped even before Gilded Vale. Maybe it's a random drop?

Nah, must be a fixed drop. I don't think there are random drops in this game.

Generic container loot are sometimes random (they change with "new game" anyway) and I find hats in those.
