For crafting I mean. I've met a secret merchant who sells rare gems but not basic stuff like dyrcap.

Lot of different people sell some crafting ingredients and they don't have many of them in stock, but so far I have not encountered a dedicated vendor for them. And they don't have many of them in stock.

Where?!

Also, there's an herbalist in Dyrford Village who sells crafting ingredients. In addition, the strong hold has upgrades for that--one that generates plant ingredients, and one where you can buy rare animal part ingredients.

Is there a reliable way to get Dyrcaps?  The herbalist mentioned above doesn't sell them.
