Kickstarter achievement not given

How do I get the Kickstarter achievement to trigger?

Same here. How do I unlock it?

Mine required a Steam and game restart.  As soon as I went back into the game after restarting both, it gave me the achievement.

I've got this issue as well, tried restarting both the game and Steam, no luck
