It's quite easy, i just created a Moon Godlike with the following important stats:

MGT: 15 (i want to deal atleast some damage in order to replenish my focus)

DEX: 15 (i have low health so i thought deflection might be important)

INT: 19 (Ciphers are kind of spellcasters, right?)

...with a bow as a weapon of choice. Dumb, useless, or kinda ok?

So dump everything into MGT and INT is the way to go? I was under the impression that you need to boost either DEX or CON (deflection, endurance).

If you're going for a bow you will need MGT to do damage + gain focus. Might is more important than attack speed because you need to get past DR, it's pointless attacking quicker if you do little damage since you will gain little focus. DEX is still important of course for attack speed but less so I'd say.

If you going ranged cipher you are probably going for a bit of a glass cannon build so CON is less important, you'll want tanks taking all the heat.

That's perfectly adequate.

If you want to min to the max, yo, you'd max out both Might and Dexterity. But it's not like there's any pressing need to.

If I'm typing in red, it means I'm being sarcastic. But not this time.

Dark green, on the other hand, is for jokes and irony in general.

If you'll be ranged then i would take some points out of deflection stats, and put em on might and dexterity. But you need a good tank and position your cipher well.
