March 27, 201510 yr I don't think it's a 'bug'. The bug in version BB480 was that capes were floating above your character's shoulders. Apparently it's not such a trivial bug, so I guess they just (temporarily) turned them off entirely. Pretty sure they're aware of it anyway.
