March 27, 201510 yr So I don't post often but not one else seems to have mentioned this but the Arquebus seems to be inferior to the the Arbalest now. Arquebus 24-36 damage, 6dt bypass, weak interrupt, -5 accuracy, 10m range. Arbalest 32-40 damage, strong interrupt, slightly faster firing, chance to inflict prone on crit, 12m range. I may be missing something but I'm not sure what. Edited March 27, 201510 yr by cake-teleporter
March 27, 201510 yr The 6 DT bypass is kind of a big deal against armored enemies. The arbalest does look more powerful overall though. I have a project. It's a tabletop RPG. It's free. It's a work in progress. Find it here: www.brikoleur.com
March 27, 201510 yr Apparently over-nerfing stuff for release is better because then people don't get mad that their favorite stuff gets nerfed in the full game, and are more receptible to stuff being buffed. There's a bunch of things that have been nerfed into the sh1t tier. March 27, 201510 yr Even if you include the DT, and the whole 6 points of DT are bypassed, it's still only a 30-42, -5 accuracy weapn, vs a 32-40. Same average damage of 36, higher standard deviation (which is not good), and a -5 accuracy bonus to boot. There's literally no upside to using an Arquebus. All the cards are on the big crossbow. Question is, is the Blunderbuss still worth it with 6 shots instead of 8. Edited March 27, 201510 yr by Urthor

There's a bunch of things that have been nerfed into the sh1t tier. Is there a source for seeing what's been buffed or nerfed? Or are you just noticing as you play?
