[333] Level up button not greyed out on character screen

After levelling up to level 5, the level up button isn't greyed out on our character screen. It should at least look like "Personal" on the tab in the upper right corner of that screen.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
