September 26, 201411 yr Just a quick question - do you QA guys prefer that we make new threads for each build (tagged [301] or whatever the build # is) or that we simply bump old threads? Edited September 26, 201411 yr by Matt516
September 26, 201411 yr If the issue is acknowledged, there's no need to bump the thread. In other cases... devs can answer that one .
September 26, 201411 yr Author Well my thinking was that they might want us to bump old bug threads if they're still happening. Just in case they think they'd fixed it.
September 26, 201411 yr I am just going to start reporting bugs as if they weren't described if they are not in the "already known bugs" lists. Especially if those bugs are crossed out in those lists (http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/66785-known-issues-list/), too. September 26, 201411 yr Hello, This is a great question. As Headbomb mentioned, please refrain from creating new threads for any issues that are already present in the known issues list. If the issue is not on the list, but already has a thread posted about it, please feel free to bump that thread. If you do, make sure to include if any details about the issue have changed, along with the build number it is present in. If the issue is crossed out on the known issues list and is still occurring in the latest build, please bump the original thread if the issue is the same. If it has changed or has new steps, please make a new thread if there is not already one. I will go through these and update the known list and uncross these bugs if this happens (it's possible for bugs to recur sometimes). Thank you all for the help! I hope you are enjoying the latest build.
