At the moment their doset seem to be any at all...Time Cain really wanted this to, and so did all of the backers. ;(

    Maybe/Maybe not

     

    Low Intelligence dialogue is usually added last with dialogue itself being a thing that gets finalized very late in development.

     

    Malkavian dialogue in VTM:B for example was last minute.
