    That's a good question, Bruce, and one to which I really don't have an answer. 

     

    I like different things in different games.  I love the story in PS:T.  I generally like everything in the BG series.  I have even come to like some ARPGs as heretical as that may be.  One of my favorite series wasn't even a RPG -- the original Thief series.  So, there you have it.  :)
