Raithe Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 Righty-ho folks, I recently backed Posthuman Studios kickstarter project for their Transhuman Player's Guide.. Which means I get a free pdf copy of the Sunward and Rimward pdf's and hack packs... Now since I already have copies of those, is there anyone out there who'd like one or both of them? At the moment I've just got the coupon codes for Sunward and it's hack pack to be used at DriveThruRPG, and in the near future I'll be getting the coupon codes for Rimward and its hack pack. So if you're interested, drop me a note. For those simply curious: http://eclipsephase.com/game And they actually put the Core Rulebook out there for free when they started the game line.. So if you want to glance at a lightweight html version of said Core Rulebook: http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7127699/EP_lightweight/ep.html "Cuius testiculos habeas, habeas cardia et cerebellum."
Nepenthe Posted May 31, 2013 Posted May 31, 2013 I have some Eclipse Phase books, I'll have to check which ones I have when I get home and then check back - if I don't have 'em, then, gladly! You're a cheery wee bugger, Nep. Have I ever said that? Reapercussions
Drowsy Emperor Posted May 31, 2013 Posted May 31, 2013 I have the core rulebook and Gatecrashing. But I'd rather have some noob who doesn't know what EP is take them, or someone who'll actually use them since no one I know is really into sci fi PnP. И погибе Српски кнез Лазаре,И његова сва изгибе војска, Седамдесет и седам иљада;Све је свето и честито билоИ миломе Богу приступачно.
greylord Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 I have all the books for Eclipse Phase, but ironically have never gotten to play it.
aluminiumtrioxid Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 (edited) I have all the books for Eclipse Phase, but ironically have never gotten to play it. Amen. Although the horrible character generation system plays a huge part in it (for me, at least). Matrixvingian Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 aluminiumtrioxid, The recently released players guide "Transhuman" has a lfiepath chargen that seems to be less painful than the main book's.While it isn't an excuse there's hope for one button chargen with the Singularity program being developed for Posthuman Studios by Snowdog Labs. http://www.snowdoglabs.com/doghouse/rpgtools/singularity In regards to story seeds there are bunch of cool ideas in that setting being blogged at Farcast.http://www.farcastblog.com/

Could you update us when it's ready? "Lulz is not the highest aspiration of art and mankind, no matter what the Encyclopedia Dramatica says."
Nepenthe Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Meanwhile, I'll keep waiting for Crafty Games' Shatterpunk, like I have for the past ~10 years... You're a cheery wee bugger, Nep. Have I ever said that? Reapercussions
Ramba Ral Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 I'd like to chime in that Eclipse Phase is very very crunchy when it comes to certain rules, and the worst part is actually the key feature of the game which is morph switching. No one likes doing that. Still, it is a fun setting, despite some author bias with certain factions, that I enjoyed running and playing in.
