Merlkir Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 Title says it all. Anyone willing to get a Czech translation team going? 1 ======================================http://janpospisil.daportfolio.com/ - my portfoliohttp://janpospisil.blogspot.cz/ - my blog
Kaldurenik Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 If you or someone want to translate it for them you should contact them by e-mail.
USER47 Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 I'd contact Marek Tvrdý, he handles quite a lot of translations these days...
TyfuZ Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Proč se tady bavíme anglicky? Upřímně myslím, že Marek Tvrdý do tohohle nepůjde, myslím, že toho má dost a viděl jsem od něj nabídku na češtinu do Wastland 2 na jejich fóru. Ale třeba se pletu.
evdk Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 So Czech translations stopped sucking these days? Say no to popamole!
USER47 Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 evdk: Nope, they still suck, but I guess they are slightly better than those old Mrazík's ones:). Personally, I avoid any translations as a plague, but quite a lot of people would be lost without them.
Merlkir Posted October 18, 2012 Author Posted October 18, 2012 Well, I'd prefer to join someone who has practical experience wíith actually doing a translation for games. I've translated stuff before, but not games. As for sucking or not, I just think it'd be a neat thing to have. RPG players in general tend to know English pretty well, but not everyone does and this might make Eternity more accessible to a wider audience. ======================================http://janpospisil.daportfolio.com/ - my portfoliohttp://janpospisil.blogspot.cz/ - my blog

My english is not good so I quite need localization too.

Or you could learn english better from playing the game, like I did from Planescape:Torment and Baldurs Gate 2 These two games accomplished thing, which no teacher was able to do before Sent from my Stone Tablet, using Chisel-a-Talk 2000BC.
