theycallmeryan Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Why isn't this game on Steam? Is there any way to contact Obsidian and LucasArts to convince them to put the game on there?
bobmarle Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 Dude, this needs to happen. It is VITAL for such a thing to occur. PLEASE OBSIDIAN DO THIS. KOTOR II is by far one of the best games I have ever played. It must be uploaded to steam and ported to mac. This MUST HAPPEN!!!! PLEASE, this is one of the greatest games of all time. We need this!
Tale Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 Obsidian most likely has no say in it. Lucasarts has either just not been interested, or they submitted to Valve and had it rejected for some reason, and they aren't interested in resolving the issue. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."

Can you help me out at shoot Lucasarts an E-mail as well? I hope that we can get this game for mac and on steam. It really was one of the greats. It was much darker than the first one in a much better way. Please help me out here dude. That game was an integral part of my gaming.
Hassat Hunter Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 I think they're far more interested to lure people into TOR to give attention here... ^ I agree that that is such a stupid idiotic pathetic garbage hateful retarded scumbag evil satanic nazi like term ever created. At least top 5. TSLRCM Official Forum || TSLRCM Moddb || My other KOTOR2 mods || TSLRCM (English version) on Steam || [M4-78EP on Steam Formerly known as BattleWookiee/BattleCookiee
bobmarle Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 (edited) I think they're far more interested to lure people into TOR to give attention here... Listen, WE can change that. If we as a community show that we want KOTOR 2 on steam, and that we want it completed, they shall listen. But we would need a lot more help then we are getting, so if you have friends and they have friends and so on and so fourth, we have a shot at this. We will MAKE them pay attention! The Guildmaster Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 I can say this, we definitely want it up on Steam too! Hopefully we will have good news on this soon. No promises of course as we can't actually control that, but we hear you and agree! There is a new K1/K2 pack out though that just came out last month, which should be hitting a lot of the retailers out there. Here's an Amazon link for those of you in the States if you want it now.
theycallmeryan Posted August 24, 2012 Author Posted August 24, 2012 I just wanted to bump this up (sorry if that's against the forum rules) to say thank you for putting this game up on Steam! :D
