Because of the savegame problem? Theres not really a direct contact and they don't have a community manager (anymore) so your best bet on the contacting way is probably Square Enix regarding DSIII.

 

Though, try to write Nathaniel Chapman or Alvin Nelson here in the forums a PM. Don't await an answer though till sometime next week of course. I don't really think they work sundays. :)
