Ok on a more serious note, I've seen a good few people complaining that armour doesn't change in Dungeon Siege 3. As you can see in the provided attachments armour does actually change and not just in colour. Hope that helps to clear up the matter. The first pic is default armour, the second was taken

after entering the spider cave and killing the large white spider

Lucas seems to have the most changes with armour. Reinhart's armour seemed to mostly feel like Palette swaps but when I finally added Lucas to the team and switched out his default armour for the stuff I'd gathered, his look changed drastically.

the armour did change on every character but still there are just 3 types of items +unique stuff

Reinheart's armor sucks, but that's because his higher tier belts are nifty and his weapons look super cool.
