mr insomniac Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 Thanks for the link, Krezack. It appears Portal 2 will be an amazing game. New characters? Different voices? Multi-player? Where's Purkake with a I just ****ed in my pants .gif? I wonder if I'll have to upgrade my GPUs to play it. Or maybe finally buy a PS3. Portal 2 may be the game that decides it. I took this job because I thought you were just a legend. Just a story. A story to scare little kids. But you're the real deal. The demon who dares to challenge God. So what the hell do you want? Don't seem to me like you're out to make this stinkin' world a better place. Why you gotta kill all my men? Why you gotta kill me? Nothing personal. It's just revenge.
Humodour Posted June 19, 2010 Author Posted June 19, 2010 (edited) No problem. Valve's games have traditionally run on low-end hardware just fine, and they tailor their game to what Steam Hardware Survey says the majority of gamers can handle (include Macs, which traditionally outperform PC's in CPU and memory, but lag in GPU power). I highly doubt you'd need to upgrade for Portal 2. Edited June 19, 2010 by Krezack
taviow Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 Yeah I've never had trouble running Valve games even on older computers. I imagine this will be the same.
