Will the Mini-Games be effected by your skill level in each skill. For example, in watching the dev video that showed the hacking mini-game, will it be easier to hack with a higher hack skill? Also if you have NO points in the hack skill, can you at-least try (but have an incredibly difficult, if not impossible chance of success)?

Sorry if this was already answered elsewhere.

makes sense.

i don't see why they wouldn't do it.

Devs always say the minigames will depend on your skill, but it's never the case. It always ends up that any character can pick any locks and the skill is worthless.

Of course, die rolls aren't exactly appropriate for AP either. What they shoulda done is had like a progress bar fill up as you lockpick etc and the more you level up the faster it fills or something.

Wiz 8's lock picking was impossible at low skill levels for tough locks. The difficulty of the minigame increased exponentially for every tumbler a lock had.

Oh Jimmy, you were so funny.

Don't let me down.

Zero hour, Snowman thinks. Time to go.

Yeah, you try lockpicking a tough lock with a low skilled character in Dungeon Lords..

I wish more games used that system (or a variant thereof).
