You know, none of these cases has actually revolved around anything done entirely online. Every one of them has had a real life component.

The thing is, "illegally accessing a computer and manipulating electronic data" is basically a hacking charge. She could most likely be convicted if they follow the definition very closely. The absurdity of what was hacked and the coverage the case is getting might get the case dropped, though.
