Hurlshort Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 I would think any mediocre lawyer could get that woman off easily. They guy gave her the login information, it's not like she stole it or hacked it.
newc0253 Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 I would think any mediocre lawyer could get that woman off easily. that would be an insult to mediocre lawyers everywhere. a half-blind donkey with a learning impairment could point out the flaws in that sham of a case. dumber than a bag of hammers

The case sounds ridiculous. Didn't want to post without actually making a comment. hahahahaha That was funny You know, none of these cases has actually revolved around anything done entirely online. Every one of them has had a real life component. Edited October 23, 2008 by Aristes
crakkie Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 Woah The thing is, "illegally accessing a computer and manipulating electronic data" is basically a hacking charge. She could most likely be convicted if they follow the definition very closely. The absurdity of what was hacked and the coverage the case is getting might get the case dropped, though. Oh Jimmy, you were so funny. Don't let me down. From habit he lifts his watch; it shows him its blank face. Zero hour, Snowman thinks. Time to go.
