September 10, 200817 yr ...I ended up switching over to FiOS. Id like to pick your brain. Exactly how fast is your fiber optic speed? Did you have to pay extra for installation of the fiber optics into your house (IE: running the wiring through your walls)? Whats the monthly rate?

Since others may have questions, I re-edited this post. I have the slowest FiOS you get obtain, but it is insanely faster than DSL. Here are the details: 1) Verizon FiOS 2) Install Price: Free 3) 10 DL/2 UL 4) They do not rewire the house.
