It looks like Amazon customers do not like the DRM used by Spore...
At time of writing, there were over 100 "reviews" of the game, nearly 90 of them giving the game a single, damning star.

I would take amazon "reviews" with a grain of salt. You don't have to buy the game to leave a review there... :-

 

I feel sorry for the developers being trapped between EA and pirates. Makes you wonder why they even bother doing PC games these days.

Serves them right. If they want to keep doing business with a company that annoys legit buyers of their product with SecuROM and other **** "copy protection" software, they'll get whats coming to them.
