Just use the conversion method described before on them and enjoy... I looked on their main page, but couldn't find any "music page". Do you have its link? Also, it seems like their KOTOR 2 page is down. EDIT is this just for PC users? or can xbox users also access it? The patch is only for the PC. However even if you don't have the PC version of the game, I imagine it's possible to extract and listen to the music from the patch files. No idea how, mind.
