Xard Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Oh How can it be a no ob build. It has PROVEN effective. I dare you to show your builds and I will tear you apart in an arugment about how these builds will won them. - OverPowered Godzilla (OPG)
Dark_Raven Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Looks kinda bad for 2007 graphics. This game is a joke. You can't make those judgments off of that tiny pic Playing it on your uber computer would be a waste. Might as well get a Pentium II with a TNT2 Riva to play it. Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.
Bokishi Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 I looked at the other pics. Not just the new one. The other pics are from 2001 Current 3DMark
Morgoth Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 I wish they'd have finished the 2001 version and released it before Far Cry, H2 etc. Now it won't be that easy anymore to impress people with FPS goodness. Rain makes everything better.
Tale Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 A Duke Nukem game, whenever it's released, has the ability to impress on par with Serious Sam. People like to be able to take their FPS games at least a little bit seriously, nowadays. Or.. I could be wrong. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."
Morgoth Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Shooting flying pigs and cracking misogynistic jokes never gets old, baby. I'd like to know what the ESRB and Hillary Clinton, not to mention Jack Thompson would think about that....this is as serious as Serious Sam, seriously. Rain makes everything better.
metadigital Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 It's called post-modernism, and it isn't old as long as it is understood and taken in the correct vein. A Duke Nukem game, whenever it's released, has the ability to impress on par with Serious Sam. People like to be able to take their FPS games at least a little bit seriously, nowadays. Or.. I could be wrong. I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken. OBSCVRVM PER OBSCVRIVS ET IGNOTVM PER IGNOTIVS OPVS ARTIFICEM PROBAT
Shryke Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken. The one thing i loved about Duke Nukem was the crazy weapons Shrinking someone then looking down as you squished them was just awesome when your mind works against you - fight back with substance abuse!
