alanschu
Yes. That is correct. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Jagr has also played three extra games. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I thought it was 4. Sidney Crosby is a really, really, really good hockey player.

alanschu
I remember TSN actually commenting that on a points per game basis, Sid the Kid has had the lead for quite some time this season. He hasn't missed any games has he? The difference is purely based on the number of games the team has played?

mkreku
Uhm.. Crosby, ever hear of a difficult sophomore season?! No, didn't think so. I still enjoy watching Ovechkin and his physical pitbull style more than Crosby, but the kid really oozes talent. I have a frightening feeling we're still only seeing parts of his talents. I mean, if this is his difficult season, what will next season be like? Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!
alanschu
Ah. Too bad. His lead would be even more dominating then!
Kor Qel Droma
I am soooo glad I have Sidney in one of my hockey pools. Eleven points between him and the Gonch last night. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Volourn
Rangers have only played 1 more game than pittsburgh. I believe Crosby missed a few games earlier. Crosby's lead won't last forever. Sorry folks, it's true; but he's still awesome. DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.
Kor Qel Droma
Sid sat out three games will a slight groin pull a few weeks ago. Besides, Marian Hossa will probably win the scoring race finally this season, I think. Edited December 14, 2006 by Kor Qel Droma Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie. alanschu
The only way Crosby's lead won't last forever is if he misses more game. The guy is a beast, and I'm starting to think he may actually be the best player in the league right now. I think Hossa will lose steam. Art Ross is going to be between Jagr and Crosby. Kor Qel Droma
Stoll is leading the way for the Oilers tonight. It's too bad that the rest of the team isn't following. <_< And wow, Ottawa really needs some help, don't they? Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie. Deraldin
And wow, Ottawa really needs some help, don't they? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ottawa seems a little confused this season. They started off horribly, then they went on a tear winning 9 of 10 then had a three game losing streak and so on. It's not like they can't win games, but something is obviously going on here. On a lighter note, Montreal scored two shorthanded tonight against Tampa. They have 9 shorthanded goals now. Nearly 10% of their total goals have been shorthanded. Even though I was cheering for Tampa. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I need to find someway to catch more games. Wednesday nights on TSN and Saturday on CBC just isn't enough. And cheering for Tampa?
Kor Qel Droma
I still like Tampa. By beating Calgary, they will always be one of my favorites. I'd love for Edmonton to ship some prospects their way for Dan Boyle. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Deraldin
Bah! Tampa! Those bums got lucky. Calgary should have had that series. It was rigged I tell ya! At least that's what I told myself after it was over. :'( Edited December 15, 2006 by Deraldin
Kor Qel Droma
Not this guy, i had been saying 'tampa bay all the way' from the getgo of that season. It's turned out to be the only thing I've been right about, aside from the prediction that Forsberg would miss time this season. And if you had TSN airing the Oiler game tonight Deraldin you'd be listening to Pierre MacGuire saying that Jarred Stoll is a 'monster' Ladislav Smid just tied the game for the Oil with his first nhl goal. Nice work, rookie!! Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.

Nice work, rookie!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> TSN is showing a football game down here in Southern Ontario. 49ers and someone, I'm just waiting for it to finish so I can see the highlights from the Montreal game on Sportscentre. I had been hoping that Tampa would choke so that the Montreal curse would stay alive, but alas it seems to have broken. It's 0-2 in the last two playoffs. Kor Qel Droma
Whoops, it was Matt Greene, not Smid who scored. And what's the Montreal Curse? Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Deraldin
Whoops, it was Matt Greene, not Smid who scored. And what's the Montreal Curse? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> From what I recall, before Tampa, no team in the NHL that had beaten Montreal in the playoffs had ever gone on to win the cup. I think it was a good 20-0 or such. I'll see if I can find any more information on it.
Kor Qel Droma
I'd like for the Oilers to wrap this one up before a shootout. That Koivu kid really scares me. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Deraldin
Emery had a horrible night. 6 goals on 14 shots. That's gotta hurt. And you had me wondering what the heck you were talking about with the Koivu comment. Thought you were talking about Saku not Mikko. )
