I say widescreen is worth it, every new game supports widescreen, except Battlefield 2, and they are getting a lot of criticism for it. Plus that game I just posted is widescreen only. All you 4:3 users have to play it with giant black bars on the top and bottom of the screen.

Cool. I was not sure if it was worth it YET, but if all the new (cool) games are released with widescreen in mind (I'm thinking 1020p), then that's great news!

Yeah the game is Condemned. It's a first-person shooter/fighter with CSI elements in between. It's so fun I like it better than FEAR (it uses the same engine too).
