April 2, 200619 yr If your box is locking up, check it's temp...might just be over heating. To do anything I would suggest to get more life out of it..would require opening the case. Early build Xboxs had poor cooling measures. I've had to improve the cooling of a freinds box already.

April 3, 200619 yr you can get glitches by leaving it on a long time...a friend of mine didnt want to save his game, so paused it and left it on for about a week...it has had a lot of glitches since, mostly freezing up during loading...always turn your game off. "Are you an angel? Aw, I'm just kidding. That's the worst line I've ever used. Hope some poor kid doesn't start using it."
