Playing through baseline KotOR only Carth is the only sure survivor out of him, Bastila, and Mission. If you are Light Side, you can kill Bastila. If you are Dark Side you can kill Mission. But it either case you cannot kill Carth. Carth survives no matter what.

That is sad.

Its not a Bastila Lesbian mod but it simply switches the gender recognition tags. meaning if you are playing a female character it will play if you are male. If you are playing a male character it will flag you as female. Head here for all sorts of mods:
