Wikipedia says that she lost her family during the wars, but wasn't Mandalorian or a prisoner. I saw a post that tried to explaine how Mira and Mandelore, not talking was something that was intentional. The truth be told I think that this game was a creation and its content was created by someone. And that there was no conversations between them simply because they forgot to creat them. You made a good observation.
