Shellfish = slimy, smelly, rubbery & just plain funky

You should also try spring rolls from Vietnamese restaurants.

Now those I do like quite a bit. I also like the Vietnamese clear dipping fish sauce, too.

I should clarify, that some shellfish is ok as long as it's minced up and mixed in so I can't really tell it's there or other flavors are dominant...hahah

My mom makes a great crab souffle casserole type dish, for example.

:) I really miss that stuff.

I love cheese. :)

Blue cheese (pretty much any variety) is the best. I also really like a Danish cheese called Samso, but it's really hard to get over here.

I love tofu.

Do you like bananas? :(

I only like bananas dried. Fresh bananas have a texture that I just can't get past.

I love sushi.  :(  Egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce as well.

You should also try spring rolls from Vietnamese restaurants.

Sounds good. :) Unfortunately, I'm not sure if there's even a Vietnamese restaurant in my area. :)

As a sidenote, I'd say oranges are my favorite fruit, followed by bananas. ;)

My sister tried to get me into tofu...I never quite did, tho.

Cottage cheese can be tasty sometimes, especially with some melon cubes.
