What is actually there is Fallout using SPECIAL. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It's GURPS origin is not irrelevant. You're too busy stuck on rules bub. THe game setting and game experience is all that matters, especially in a gameworld where the rules are much more transparent than say a game of DnD.
