don't forget that games always sale better over the holidays, so i don't think it was sabotage by LA. i sure it made more because of the deadline shift

People would have bought this game regardless of when it was released.

another bit of evidence that something wasn't quite right is that there was really no media marketing blitz to speak of as there was with the first title and with most LA titles.

Plus it was released on the x-box first. It did give them a chance to fix some bugs before the release for us pcers.

Right. All the Xbox bugs made it into the PC version as well. They weren't fixed in the only patch they released either.
