You can stop them from pick pocketing you by walking up and hitting them once, and not killing them. Do it to all of the pick pocket kids and they will run away from you after that.

But you have a higher chance to kill them. That would make Sulik sad.

I usually just steal my stuff back actually :D

 

With no skill you can just keep trying until you get it, and no one goes hostile on you.

I'd rather turn the little munchkins into flaming torches. Teach them to steal. :blink:
